A small appreciation from our manager

This morning, we got free breakfast, Chicken nuggets from Chik - A -Filet, not so bad, some orange juice along with it. And a hoodie jacket that has our company name on it. Not too bad from our manager actually. We have been work on this project for over 9 months; yesterday it is substantially got approved from the QC department signature, and it sold a lot to the customers. So, this morning, for the encouragement of keeping the good work, we got breakfast and a sweat shirt. Most likely, I would hope for pay raise, it is more practical. I just hope that at the end of performance review, I will get more than 3% of raise, and a big bonus too.

I hope they raise your pyament.
But at least you got that,I remember that after months of hard work to prepair my kids (I was a teacher)for a thanksgiving presentation,and spend a day in a club where was the ceremony,working a lot and try to make everything goes ok,to make the school look good,the reward they gave us, was a little sweet and a letter saying thanks,so at least they gave you more.

Always a good thing to hear that your department got rewarded for dedication and success. So often managers forget these things and just expect it from their workers. Keep it going and you just might be in line for a bonus around the corner(one never knows). When does your performance review end and how long does it take to get evaluated?
