Phony cop patrolling the streets and harass the residents

Horrible news I heard this morning news, At Fulton county, a phony police harassing the local residents. They have this blue and red sirens and stop a motor vehicle randomly, and pretend to give a lady a ticket. This phony police also want this lady kneel down and beg him to forgive her this ticket. Such lunatic should be lock down, and have him check in the psycho ward. I mean why these people can easily disguise himself to be policeman, I was just curious?

That is a scary situation. When someone impersonates a police officer, the person or persons being harassed do not know if they are real or not. But always try and get a badge number. But the sick part of it is that in addition to this, there are just sick crazy cops also. We need something to verify police. It's crazy.
