my fiance and i live in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment with my mother. we pay 500 a month for the apartment. recently we have been talking about buying a house but everything seems way to expensive. last night i was looking around online and found the perfect house for us.... its a 2 bedroom A frame that sits on 21 acres of woods, on a town maintained road. its built out of hand-hewn barn boards and other native woods. the thing that i love the most about it is that there is a one bedroom geodesic dome on the property not far from the house. the reason i love this is because it means that if we are to buy it then i could keep my mother close while having her able to have her own place. its not far from their work and is honestly perfect. the problem is going to be getting the loan, my mother cant and my fiance doesnt have a job on the books, all his work is under the table and in order to get a loan it has to be on the books. we already figured the mortgage payment to be a max of 522 a month for a 30 yr plan. the house is only 99,900 and the owner could most likely be talked down. there is plenty of room for my dogs to run and go swimming and we would finally be able to do whatever we wanted. i am super excited and hope that we can get a loan soon before the house disappears.

I hope that you can get this house too! It seems perfect for your family. I understand not being able to get a loan. At 24 I had a divorce under my belt that completely ruined my credit. I've got at least 4 -6 yrs. before my credit score goes up. Even then the interest rates will be crazy! I hope it works out for you! Please keep us updated on your dream house!
