Chkdsk utility

anybody here had faced the problem like me??
my drive E is unreadable and the computer screen show, must do Chkdsk utility..
whats is Chkdsk utility??
how i can recover my data in drive E??
thanks for sharing your information to me..iam glad if somebody else here can help me..
NB : now the temperature of my laptop reach 58 degree celcius..

One option you can resort is switch off the computer. allow it to cool down and after say an hour or so restart and see. mostly it may work out. Otherwise go to e drive properties and clean the unwanted files or delete them. If still it is not working then consult computer mechanic. good day.

I think it is better to go to technician. It is difficult to figure out what happen to your computer from a far. It could be a virus that working hard to infect the system so utilize the CPU. It also could be hardware tearing. But, based on my experience, it is rare that hardware problem can increase the temperature. Unless, if the FAN broke down, so you must check the Fan.
CHKDSK is a check disk utility that comes with Windows. It is useful for checking and fixing the disk if an error happen. If the system ask you after "windows" logo at booting, i think it is safe to be done.
I have not heard any virus that mimic chkdsk. But please ask technician that not only give you "format" all solution.
