I have a SE K800i before and when I transferred the movies on it in my computer it's not playing. So I have searched for a converter and thankfully it played. I found out it has a different extension that's why it won't play on different media player's in my PC. Now you're problem is opposite of what I have experienced before I am not sure which converter for you to use. But I guess you should try checking the file extension of the videos in your phone and search for a converter online.

Hi pink-shoe enelym Actually his problem is more common because most cellphones doesn't support many video format but in PC most media players can play different kinds of file formats. If you don't want to encounter the same problem again you better download VLC. VLC is a media player that supports so many ( I believe almost all) video formats.

hi vexxus Cellphones doesn't support all video formats so if the file format of the movie you download is not supported by your phone you need to convert the file first before you can watch it on your phone, convert it in a format that is supported by your cellphone, you can see in the user manual what types of video format your phone supports, I believe you can also see it in the settings of you phone. If your PC doesn't have a file converter software you can check in PCworld.com, this site have many free downloadable software just choose a software that has good review/rating.

If you will be able to convert your movie file that's compatible for your mobile phone, your next assignment would be to check the memory of your cellphone.

Cellphones doesn't support all formats that computers do. I suggest, you find out what are the formats that your cellphone supports. Try to convert the file so that the it will play on your cellphone. I hope this helps. Have a nice day ahead!

I think there is a mismatch on the movie file that you have downloaded with your cellphone movie player. MP4 is mostly the type of video that is supported by your mobile phone. Other than that, it would be impossible to play that video on your phone. Well, the only solution to this is you need to convert your video into MP4 and load it again to your cellphone. For this, you need to have a video converter application. Try to search video converter application online and see if you can find one. Once you download, you can then run the application and convert the video to MP4.

Ok. It is obvious that your cellphone do not support the file or the movie. The only thing you can do is to convert it into the compatible file extension for your cellphone. You can do it in your computer to download the Any video converter. So far i usually download movies that is in avi format and converted to mp4 to be playable in cellphone. :D

Hi. If you have an old cellphone which supports movies you need to convert the movie into .3gp format. If it is new, you will need to convert to .mp4. I use a software called Allok MP4 AVI converter. I can and will convert the video to almost anything. You can also rip sounds off a movie.

According to my phone's manual my phone can play 3GP files format, so it basically means that my phone is an old model then.

Hello vexxus, I have also I used to download movies, but not from the laptop to the phone but from phone to phone. It's easier for download movies from the laptop is quite large in size compared to the phone. May be able to download if you only download with a smaller size. Or maybe there is software to be used to download movies from the laptop. I hope this can give you some idea.

I have already downloaded some software which our friends here recommended. watching movie on laptop is much better because it has a wider screen unlike the phone, but phone is much easier to handle and it consume less battery.

Most cell phones will only support .mp4 videos types where as computers have a diverse range of support for video types. I would suggest making sure the video type is compatible with your phone.
