If anyone of you join my page 5, you probably received such message from their administrator who will reward people to report plagiarism on their article writing. I guess the administrator caught a couple of articles that was from other websites or so, and now, since the members writing thousands or more articles per day, they can't scan each one of them day by day, so, the best method will be giving out reward, and turn the members against each other. But don't worry, your identification will be anonymous, and no one will know you are the snitch.

Why?
The same thing applies here, you know (except that no specific reward is given for helping Admin to spot abuse).

Exactly, Mike.
The only people who should feel uncomfortable about it are those who knowingly try to evade or get around the rules.

I have read about this message too.
Anyhow, there isn't any definite guidelines about this reward from Mypage5 yet.
Similar to mylot, we are volunteers to help the administrator to watch this site closely.
In fact, when we submit out blogs, all of the articles must be screened by the administrator of the Mypage5 before they are posted.
Maybe, due to the limited knowledge of a single party, the admin of Mypage5 has intended to invite more members to involve in this screening practice.
This practice is good to promote the quality of this Mypage5.

Helping a site to maintain the standards laid down in the Terms is not 'snitching'. The same thing exactly applies in MyLot except that no specific reward is offered: we are simply encouraged in the Guidelines to help out when we can.
I don't think that offering a specific reward is very constructive but I notice that Triond do so as well. I believe that it's the duty of every member to help keep a site such as this running well and that the only reward should be an indirect one. People who abuse a site which pays them to post are, effectively, trying to steal from the site and, of course, that means less money for the legitimate users who play by the rules. It should be every member's responsibility to both educate new users and to make sure that posts which do not follow the rules are removed.

I also read the same notification of Admin MP5 and i know couple of complains have been made. Let see when the person will be rewarded for reporting plagiarism. However i think if they published blog after scrutinizing them then they must check those blogs for plagiarism as well.
