The people pushing for a recall of Gov. Scott Walker are bragging about getting 70,000 signatures in the first week of their petition drive.
Madison and Milwaukee are our state's two biggest cities. Each are very liberal. 70,000 is only 12% of the combined 18+ population. If they can't even get a significant amount of liberals fired up to sign their petitions, they have a pretty rough road ahead of them.
One of the ways some of the members of Occupy Milwaukee have come up with to get more signatures is offering cigarettes to kids to get them to sign.

Nope, this kind of crap is exactly what I expected. There is no depths they won't ooze in their goal. To stand with them is to stand with criminals.

Freakin Occupiers!! The thing is that a good amount of us are probably all would back their supposed original message but the way they are going about it ...look what they seem as if they are more interested in the number of people on their side and have lost sight of what it is they are fighting for.

Either the sound quality is really junky or I'm losing my hearing--probably a bit of both. I couldn't understand a word they were saying and the couldn't see much either. But I did notice they were apparently having very, very young people sign the petition. Can't they use this video to call the signatures into question? This is dirty pool any way you look at it.
It's very disturbing to me how people are openly flaunting their law breaking. It doesn't seem like they care at all how they accomplish their goal or who they injure.
What I meant to say is that their message would not have mattered. It would have paled with the message they were giving my kid which is what is happening with these protests.
