High School Reunions

Ok, so let's talk about who we were in highschool and what you look forward to at your highschool reunion. Did you give in to peer pressure? You always see it in movies, everyone wants to brag about what they have accomplished, or make someone else feel inferior to yourself. So, are you going to do that or did you do that. If you have already had a reunion, how did it go? Did any of this happen? I was an average Joe. I was invisible to the principle and who ever was incharge of honor society because I had good grades and was never asked to be in the honor society and I don't remember being mentioned on honor roll. My Junior year I had a 4.1 and still never was mentioned so there you have it. I was an invisible nerd :) I love it!

It's only been 9 years since I graduated from high school but it seems too long ago. I remeber the shed where we normally flocked to discuss anything. Normally, highschool reunion takes place 25 years later and I expect that I will be surprised on how my classmates will look like by then.

I graduated 4 years ago. I thought that there were multiple reunions. 10 years 25 years 50 years. I guess it just depends on the school and who is incharge of organizing the reunions. I would say they will look a lot different. I hardly recognize some of the people I went to school with and it's only been 4 years.

Try going to that high school reunion, if it is your first time. At least, you will know how your high school friends are doing in life. But if you find the occasion to be an avenue for bragging their achievements and you don't like that, then you can decide for yourself, if it will be your last time to attend.

I could hardly remember my highschool days, but there are memorable ones. I am not an honor student too but I do belong to top 5 of my section (which is 2nd section and comparatibly good). I remember the prom nights, and yes movies which we skip class (though it is the foundation day and everyone should still be in the campus) and my adviser was very mad. I did not go to our high school reunion, I don't know why I did not even bother to go even for only one occassion. Maybe because my hs friends are also shy and living a simple life like me and did not bother to go too. I don't think I am looking forward for this kind of affair though my communication with them is still open.
