I have seen my friend doing her best to lose weight to the point that she take pills just to have her pre pregnancy weight back. I can see that her weight is already on the pre-pregnancy state but the shape of her body is different. Is there a possibility that you will look the same as the usual body shape you have before becoming pregnant? Or maybe there is no chance to have the slim and lean body back?

There are tendencies that the chest expand during pregnancy. Will this be resolved with exercise?

yes you can still have your pre-pregnancy body back. i know a lot of women who have lost a lot of weight after giving birth. there is no easy way out though. you have to do lots of exercise and be conscious about what you eat. it may take years but it's possible.
