Smart Money Card users; i wonder why they find it hard to use it

in verifying their paypal account. actually i have used my smart money card to verify my paypal. and i am planning to open apply for another smart money card. i don't know if we will get a new card number , i hope it will have another card number so that i can use thta for verifying another paypal account.

I am quite confuse with your statement. You mentioned that you used your smart money card to verify your paypal, then what happened? Why do you need to apply for another smart money card? Was it lost, or something happened in the verification that's why you need another number? I think if you need another number, you have to apply another number for the smart money. I used to have smart money card but that was long time ago.

yes my first paypal account was verified. that is personal account. i need to open another premier paypal account. and of course i need another card. i can't use the same card number. i need to apply for another one.
