How do u change your profile picture?

hi friends i want to change my profile picture in mylot, currently i am having a picture of Hirthik Roshan he is a very well known cinema actor in India. But now that i have my own good looking photo i want to replace my old picture with a new one. I have tried it but i am not able to change the picture. And what is the maximum size of the photo u can upload.
