Working is also a kind of relationship

I've been working for a while and I realize how important the job I have. I learned to flexible and adjust it for quit sometime. My employer loves to work with me, she trusted me.. That's why, I always do my best in every work she has given to me as well as the trust. I will take care of that trust.

Work is really a kind of relationship that you have to nurture and take care of. A bad work relationship would affect a lot of things, including the work you do. But on the other hand, if you have a great relationship with your employer, your productivity level will always be on the high and you'd really perform better in the work that you do.
