earn money from uploaded resumes

There is this site I've looked at months ago it is called Resumark.com. What happens is you upload your resume and if the employer downloads it then you will be paid. It also has privacy protection to make sure it goes into the appropriate hands unlike the other job boards. Has anyone signed up for resumark? Does it pay by paypal?
