How does mylot make money?

Hello everyone, maybe this particulAr question has been asked before but i haven't seen it so i'll be asking it. :) I'm just really curious on how mylot makes money. From the site itself, there are around 200k plus current members. And i dont see how they earn money. Coz they will have to eventually pay their members at some point. For example: if they pay 200,000 of their members 10$/month. That adds up to like $2million dollars per month and 24million a year. So where do they get All that cash from? Mylot is very different from ptc sites(i think) wherein companies pay for their ads to be displayed through the net but mylot? I dont reAlly see any ads here and if there's one, youre not obliged to click it. I was thinking thAt some kind of billionaire like bill gates is behind this site giving away his pennies(24m a year) just to help some people earn something. But the good thing abou it is that he/they are not giving it away for free but you've gotto work for it, which is a good way for making people earn what they really deserve. Ehehe. Sorry for the "noobish" statements, just wanted to share this, dont take this thread seriously coz i'm still new here and dont really know thAt much. Think of this as a joke. We'll never know, maybe bill gates really is that good of a philanthropist. Peace. :)
