Seniors brainwashing for drugs....corrupting lives of juniours....

It's really harsh to be in such a condition. How could anyone do such things to human? Seniority Juniourity, is not something that could be played, it's better a responsibility than brotherhood...... What I witnessed is total brain wash inside the college hostel with medical student..... What they do to juniours is total crime. Senior do raging till juniour lasts his hope of good life, they force them to do drug and after that thy create a situation and condition n make them do the things that is so horrible and a student shouldn't do that. They even lock them nacked inside the toilet for hours. Even they asks the pocket money for drugs. And what the student should do, even teachers are with seniors. I'm a senior too but don't wanna indulge in trouble but I can't even see this happening as its a question about someone's future, I'm so confused how could it'll be stopped?????? Help me out, god...
