hello friend try to search sample webrowser project to http://www.planetsourcecode.com/ and http://www.codeproject.com/ there are many sample of programming project from both site. you can find any programming language there

hey there creating a simple web browser is very easy if you know visual basic, C# or even java i have actually create one but yeah i am not good at making it fast it is just a basic web browser with some functions

Uhmm.. But I believe if you want to hire a programmer, you have to offer some incentive .
