From the thousands of enroll-es to the hundred of graduates, still undefeated! The Nurses of the New Era is always ready for the big battle. But that was the big question. Where can we find our Big Battle?

For me, the biggest battle of the Nursing graduates would be to have place in the Hospital as a Staff Nurse. We all know what happened to people who graduated and passed the Nursing licensure exam. Most of them are unemployed or working outside their specialty. I was also a Nursing graduate but I had worked in a corporate set up because if I would wait for my turn in the Hospital, i will grow old jobless. You may push through with your dream being a Nurse but you have to think about your self getting older without having career.

oh yeah! it is nice to work beyond your profession but then think about the times that you work hard to be able to pass our profession. Then if we do not practice our profession then it is useless. We wasted our time and efforts. But then we cannot pleased everyone to continue the path of being a nurse. So it is our Choice whether to continue being a nurse or to work beyond our profession.

I hope so that they will need us there to serve the sick and ill. But it is better also in other places like Europe, Australia and United States. So that we can earn a lot and we can compensate the hardships of our profession. :)
