Alkalizing our body

            I heard so much about alkaline...Alkaline water, alkaline coffee, alkaline choco. I wonder how this ALKALINE affects our body.
Do you have any idea about ALKALINE food or beverage?

                    Alkaline as the word implies is like a battery that fuels our body to function normally. It is like an immune system booster to keep us away from diseases. One you alkaline level drops you become more susceptible to common colds, flue and could even cause cancer.

                            Right, that is why many alternative doctors are on research to make our body back with it's 100 percent alkalinity.

Our body is naturally alkaline,however, pollutants,toxins are main causes that we lost the alkalinity of our body.
Turnips juice is very good source of alkaline.
There are many alternative research on how we can make our body 100 percent alkaline...

                    somebody told me that alkaline food is a good choice for the balance diet. foods that have a moderate and strong alkaline effects he said are fruits like lemons, papaya, mango , kiwi, apple, pineapple, pears..... veggies like, celery, parsley, and many others . but i think that we have to eat proper food and drink right always just to be healthy and live strong and happy ! that's i do so , be it ! :) happy thanksgiving day ! :)

                            I love all the fruits and some of the veggies you stated. :-)
