I am looking for water heater to be installed on my bath room. I have seen lots of model but still confuse and need recommendation before decide to buy one. I have checked bulky electric water heater or gas ones but maybe think twice since my bath room is quite small. There are slim instant electric water heater but seems need more electric power when start-up. What do you think? Do youi have any recommendation of water heater for my house? Have you get any experienced and have one of them?

Most water heaters have an energy rating on them telling how much they cost to run. The gas ones generally are cheaper to operate. Of course, you are not supposed to install the gas ones directly inside a bathroom or a closet that accesses the bathroom. If you must get an electric, look into the timers that you can set to bring the water heater on only just before you need it. Saves lots of money. a 40 gallon will handle most households. If you have lots of people, go for a 50 gallon.
