dilemma on changing a powerful property management company or not

this week i got to my parents' home.mom told me that five apartments of our residential zone were stolen during one night!!! As this was the first during the five years when our zone was built, we don't close the windows while sleep before this happened.thieves just took away some cashes and cellphones without causing huge loss.police arrived the naxt day,took some pictures of footprints or that stuff..though we all know that this kink of loss can't get back. our property management fees is 0.65RMB/m2 which is less than many other new residential zones. gram's is 1.85RMB/m2,nearly three times than ours,but this property manegement company has better quality than ours,6 guardians keeping patroling during the whole night through all the buildings.cars and drivers would be registered when they come in after 11 pm. our zone just have two guadians over night and these guadians are not strong young men ,they were middle-aged laid-off workers.so our neighbors are in the dilemma on whether we should change a better guarded company ,spending more money on property and hunman safety.some think stolen thing will not always happen,it's enough for everyone to close the window at night,while others hold that to hire another goog company for the sake of safety. what do you think?
