it is hard actually to read reviews and watch video reviews of the mobile phones. there are some conflicting reviews on the phones. some say it is good , some say it is not worth the buy. it is hard to decide which phone is good enough to buy with those conflicting reviews or some contradicting review or coment from some users. and sometimes i don't know if all of the comments were done honestly or just were just made up to make the readers confused and find it hard to decide which one to buy.

Hey hotsummer, I also do a lot of research on the internet before buying any product and i also did it while buying my new phone motorola defy. First thing to narrow down your search is to decide how much are you gonna spend on it. This really helps by making available choices to minimum. Then decide the brand you are going to prefer. If you don't like some brands then don't at all look models of that brand. Watch out some famous sites providing reviews like gsmarena, reviews.cnet, engadget. Read out more and more user reviews of your phone. Remember user provides a real review. Watch if some model has some problem reported by users. If any problem is reported by many users and you can't neglect that problem then reject that model and search for the next. Try to see comparisons on internet but on legit sites. Some sites provide a wrong comparisons. If you really like some model and it's features but it has some minor issues then neglect it ,no phone can be perfect. I hope it helps

i have no idea of the prices of those phones. so it is hard to know which phones belong to certain price range. i go to gsmarena actually. but the other three i was not familiar with that yet.

If you don't know the prices of the phones then first search for the price list on net. You will get prices of all mobiles there then you can decide whether to go for a model or not. Search for the prices within your country only like while searching search "price of xxx in zzz" where xxx is your mobile and zzz is your country name, because prices in every country differ.

I don't go by reviews, not just cell phones but anything I buy... I've been disappointed so many times by other people's reviews, I've decided not to depend on them... It's all about personal preferences... If there's one phone that peaked your interest, go out to a cell phone store & see how it feels... Most stores will have working display... I once bought a phone because everybody was going on about how small & compact it was & how great it worked... When I bought it, I didn't like the size of it & how it felt in my hands... Didn't really like the quality of pictures it took, either... I don't normally take pictures with my phone but I use it due to my work... And because it's work related, quality of the pictures was very important to me... Now I have a digital camera... It had whole bunch of things built into it but I ended up not using most of it because quite frankly, I didn't have any needs of it... I played some music on it but I didn't like the sound quality & frankly, that's why I have an ipod... So after 3 days of playing with it, it (music player part of the phone) was never used... I usually look for the spec sheet... If it lists the things I need in a phone, then I go out & try it out... Then ask around to see if anyone you know have used or are using the phone you're interested in... Ask them how they feel about the phone, instead of reading about it from total strangers... You might get more honest opinions... I have few people who have an android phone & they were extremely disappointed with battery life on it... It's all good that android phone does all that it does but when it comes time for them to make a call, they're constantly looking for outlets... Most of them told me if they've known it, they never would have bought android phones... But then I know a lot of people love their android phones... So think about what you need & want out of the phone... Look for people who have used those phones and/or currently have that phone... There's nothing like actually talking to someone for their opinion in person, rather than reading about it...

Ok,so you are planning to buy one ? If yes, then congrats and best of luck to you to find the best one in the market. And yeah, you are right in your context that it is very difficult to find the best one from viewing the reviews. Actually I do, I research about it for 1-2 months and talk to various people about the product and at last ask to myself and my family that what they think about it.Then I decide, what to do.
