which will be the best option for indians to withdraw money from paypal?

I am an india. I had been sent cheque without requesting it due to some change in the rules for indians. please tell me which will be the cheepest option to request money . should i ask them to send me cheque or should it get my money deposited in my bank account which will be cheepest. how much do they charge to send cheque and how much do they charge to deposit in bank account.

I haven't tried the cheque method but why to use that if we can freely transfer our fund to bank account with no charge

As the above person has mention direct bank transfer is more easier than cheque for this you have to combine your bank account with paypal account. Remember the name of the account holder in the bank account must match the paypal user's name.
