The answer is both: Yes and No. Why? Because all nationalities are welcome to join as workers or turkers. When it comes to payment, Indians and Americans can transfer their earnings to their bank accounts. The rest can convert their earnings to Amazon gift cards. Yes, that is true. I have decided to try it again this week because I really like to do some of the task like the short articles, data entry and transcription.
I just hope I can convert it to amazon gift card and sell it to ebay.

Hello, averygirl72! I love the tasks in Amazon, but I know I can't use my earnings. One of the easiest tasks is typing business card information. It only takes a minute or less. Each task costs $.01 or $.02. Can't you imagine that? In an hour, we'll earn $1.2. The requester sent me an email the other day. He requested for my help because he had a high volume of HITs.
How do you sell gift cards to ebay? I am not familiar with it.
