Three months ago, I bought a cheap, small, rechargeable flashlight made in Taiwan for only PhP65.00 or US1.50 . I also bought one for my husband. When my daughter came home for her semestral vacation, she saw it and asked to have one bought for her too.
My husband and I always have it in our respective bags so that when we go home from work at night and ride those pedicabs, we could light those not lighted parts on the way home. It’s so useful and convenient to use.
My in-laws saw it also, and they also bought one for each of them. Now, during brownouts we don’t use candles anymore. We use our own respective flashlights.
Oh, I plan to buy the PhP200.00 big rechargeable Taiwanese flashlight one of these days. At least, even if it’s brownout we have a ready bright light for the room and for the house.

Hi Simplyd!
i also bought myself a pocket flashlight!
it's a mini flashlight where i could just carry it in my pocket without any hassle for some flashlight are too big to be placed in the pocket.
i bought it for 10 pesos!
it's been with me for a year now and it still functional!
it is not rechargeable like your flashlight and the batteries are like that of a battery of a wrist watch i mean the bigger ones.
i think i have to buy a new set of batteries when the batteries would run low.
i use it too when it's dark on my way home and during brownout i would clip it on my hair
so that i can do whatever i wish and at the same time have a light while doing things when it's brownout.

Really, it's for PhP10.00 and you can clip it in your hair while you do your chores. Wow, that's nice and super cheap! But i bet, it's batteries are not cheap.
Indeed, one of the things we should always have is a small flashlight, specially when we always go home at night already. It is always best to be prepared, like a Boys Scout.

Why is it 4 + 1 ? What the plus 1 for.
Mine is a handy four bulbs flashlight. It's so handy and bright that could always be kept in my bag. Then, when i arrive home, i would take it out, so if it's brownout , i could easily get it. Electricity would always suddenly switch off in the evening. But it would usually return after 5 minutes.

Oh , that's so nice indeed my friend, because it also have a UV money detecting light. If it's small, you can always have it in your bag, so when the need arises , you can use the money detecting light, to prevent receiving change of counterfeit money .
Ours is ony 4 LED lights.

Yes, guys, flashlights are indeed a big help in case of brownouts. Specially those rechargeable ones, because you don't need to buy batteries every time, they run out of charge
