When I was growing up there was an old preacher, 74 years of age to be specific, who looked 30. When asked how come he looked so young he told us the secret to his baby face was in his smile. He was always smiling - happy or sad! It was fun being around him. Collegues - lets share - did you know a smile can easily propel you to be a centarian? Reasons? Lets hear your views.

Being happy and smiling is very good for youe well being, smiling is good for the muscles in your face and feeling happy and unstrssed id good for your insides, anger and hate is very bad for you.

I fully agree with you Lilaclady. I remember the preacher saying something like when you smile you use 8 muscles but when you frown you use 72. So those who frown alot get rinkles on their face and they look very old. I am not a medical doctor - so I do not know how true this is. May be someone who knows some human anatomy can demistify it for us.
