I noticed everytime I get out and eat at one fried chicken fast food restaurant in my town, I have got either overcook or undercook chicken. I am not sure what is wrong with their cooking method but they usually deep frying the chicken in cooking oil with certain temperature setting. Maybe something wrong with those machine or the recipe. I observed people not really recognize because they has crispy outside which taste delicious and maybe people enjoy eating it and forget about the inside not being cooked properly. How about you? Have you ever experienced same thing? Do this means a lot to you?

I think if the chicken is frozen and not melt it yet and then they cook it, i think that is the cause that some chikcen is under cook..Still have ice on it while they are cooking or they are hurrying..

I thought most restaurants these days had appliances with timers on it so they always cooked just right, nothing worse than paying for food that is not cooked to the way you like it.

Yes,that happens. When you buy cooked chicken it often isn't cooked right. That's why I love the home cooked one more than the one you can buy outside. It is ok when it happens...I mean it is kinda expected somehow so I guess I am not too disappointed when it happens. Happy Mylotting!
