my dog is crazy

November 29, 2011 12:30pm CST
Yesterday, i returned to home from my office. I was shocked when i reached to home. My dog took a dump all around the my living room. There isn't garden or balcony around my apartment. How could I over come with such a situation?

tkarabulut ..yikes..well your dog isn't crazy, but he and you have a problem for sure. How longhave you had this dog? Did this just start?? Do you walk him regularly? You certaonly want to stop this as soon as possible..good luck

This is my first dog and I don't have any experience with dogs. We begin to warm each other scarcely.

tkarabulut ..Ok congrats..and it will take some time and especially patience but I think you will find the work was well worth it. Dogs are wonderful compamions and give unconditional love..maybe you could research online or check out a library book on training a dog. Best wishes to you

Unless your dog is unwell, this is often a sign of fear, insecurity or change. Dogs do this to mark their territory so look for something that upset your dog, something that may not seem important to you but was a change in the dog's life. Also clean very well so the smell doesn't encourage this habit. You can get special cleaner at the Pet store.

What is the breed of your dog? Some of them are very active and energetic. For those breed, you need to exercise them daily to expend their energy. Bring them out for a walk, exercise with them etc. While you will have hell when you return home at night.

You must take your dog out for a walk at least once a day. If he does it outside your house will stay clean. Another solution would be to ask in a petshop, they might have specific advice to give you on this. I am sure that other people face the same problem as well. I can't propose something else because I have a back yard and I never had this problem.

besweet ..glad to hear his never happened to you and I hope it never does...I have had dogs and over the years a few times I have experienced this, but it was rare and hard to say why..It was never 'all over' the house. I shrugged it off as 'accidents happen'..but the times very very very few and rare.
