What are some of the strangest things you've encountered in video games?

There are plenty of awkward things in video games, what are some of your top strangest? For me, one of the oddest is Tingle the creepy man-elf from the Zelda games. Also the gigantic hidden heart in GTA IV was pretty weird and out of place (it's inside the Statue of Liberty/Happiness).

Mine was in a game called Serious Sam 2 where I found two chickens play football in a secret place.
There are lots of these tips of secrets in games, like a bit before the final boss of Doom 3 you can find a list of all the people that worked in the game.

I found the Doom 3 secret as well, was pretty cool! I also found something similar in Dragon Age, it was a graveyard where each tombstone contained a note from one of the developers.
