What will be the amount charged by the paypal for withdrawing money by bank?

Yei have not earned but my friend has certain amount in my Paypal account and would like to withdraw it via bank. The amount is in USD and would like to withdraw the amount in INR via BankSo just wanted to know that what will be the amount charge by paypal.

At this time withdrawal charge is '0'. Check this screenshot :- http://i40.tinypic.com/av5ufc.jpg And it's the right time to withdraw because the exchange rate of INR against USD is very good. But it must be withdrawn in the paypal account owner's bank account. Otherwise paypal will not pay anything and will charge INR 250/- as penalty. The required fields like A/c No., IFSC must be filled correctly.

so it means if i reach 10$ in myLot account and i need to cash out , i have to transfer this 10$ to my bank account and i will not be charged?? Pls let me know is it like this or some other way?

After the recent automatic withdrawal rule implemented by paypal, withdrawal for Indians are free irrespective of the amount. So you can withdraw any amount to your bank with no charge levied by Paypal. I have withdrawn 10 dollars recently charge free.
