Solar Bottle Bulb (new way to save electricity)

Here's a new way save electricity and at the same time environmentally friendly. All you need is a simple plastic bottle, roof sheet material, water, camera film dispenser, chlorine and rubber sealant.

I think it is a good thing to have solar bulbs. The problem is the cost. I hope the cost of the solar system comes down so that every house have at least one solar bulb or solar light. It would be one of the great way to save resources.

what you said only reminds me about Philippine E-Jeep where instead of a standard gasoline engine but an electricity charged battery powered jeep, but the problem is the overall cost of the vehicle and the more we use electricity is the more we need gasoline oil to power the electricity plantation, meaning, the more we use electric battery is the more we need gasoline instead of gasoline only....
I prefer solar....

I have heard of this too and it is really useful, the only problem is it can only be used in the morning since it need the sunlight to work... It is very bright though and this would be very useful to those who live in poorer areas where they need light in the morning.
