make sb good listener

I think listening is a major part of a healthy communication. I get nervous when a person whom I talk with doesn't listen to me. How could it be possible making a person you communicate with a good listener?

I also get nerverce when I talked person whom dosen't listen to me,but at the same time ,I also angry about it .I think these people are not good listeners.I hate the people who doesn't respect the speaker.

Simple - make your speech looks attractive enough! 
There are several people who don't like to listen at all. But if you can show an attractive speech, the good way to talk, adding some feeling/emotion and great intonation on your tone, choosing the great topic and background that interest them, I think they will listen to you as well..
