So mylot population is 237,024 but the top disscutions have a maximum of 15

hi rebeka go chec k out my discussions lately ; I have none with jhust fifteen responses and several have over 70 responses so I do not know where you got the fifteen figure. All o f mine had at least 20 to 60 responses. A lot here just do certain things like comments or make discussions or do tasks. but there are more people mylotting on here than you realixe. hatley here.

That population count takes into consideration those who joined but are inactive now. I hope they clean out some of those users which are quite inactive now for so long. Other people in here don't post much or create topics that often. They often earn in here using the search engine and just by doing tasks. Others just join in here to provide tasks. How come that the top discussion have maximum 15 answers? There are a lot of discussions going overboard 15 answers, even more than 30 answers. Maybe that is the top rated discussion, wherein that is the discussion wherein it garnered the most number of ratings done.

Well, MyLot has been going for well over 5 years now. The last time I checked (sometime last year), about 50 new members joined each day and about 500 discussions were posted every day. A few discussions have well over 100 responses but most have far less than that. Many have none at all: http://www.mylot.com/w/noresponses/1.aspx The answer is, of course, that MOST of the people listed as members have joined, maybe made a few posts and decided that MyLot was not for them. MyLot never cancels accounts unless there is good reason to do so (though it does remove any earnings if someone doesn't log in for 90 days). I very much doubt whether more than 2% of the members can be considered 'active' but they are still members and some of them even come back after two, three or four years absence.

i think the main reason is that mylot do not deleted account of users .when a user register here that person account never deleted .i am register here 3 years ago and never being active but active from past week so this is the main reason .most of the people never remain active.

maybe some of them just silent reader that still not understand or not understand how to use this site for becoming gold mine.. ahaha

population of this site is really very many of them continue to work here. anyone who is registered here and I took that profit continues to work and write when there is time. as long as it wants. I think many people write here. nice day!

Some do only tasks and never appear in the discussions. Some are inactive while some are not here as often as others. There are though many, many discussions with more responses than 15. One of mine now has over 230.
