I have a Paypal with some money in it but I can't use it because it is not activated. It said that I had to link the account with a bank account to activate it but I don't want to link them together so is there any other way I can activate the account? All help is appreciated.

A virtual credit card? how does it work? paypal says, they will charged that account for Php 100 for verifying an account. How would that be?

Just like I said I don't know much about it, so my explanation might be wrong In short: Virtual credit card (VCC) only can use for verification only. They work like CC because they have some code similar like on real CC. About the the charged, VCC maker already anticipate this so I think this not a big deal. Even this card very popular in my country but I didn't use it because: 1. Costly (compare to other alternative verification) 2. I saw fraudulent activity in there

Whats the problem in linking your bank account? I think you are confused about it. It is totally safe and don't be scared. Linking your bank account with paypal make your paypal account verified and then after that you can easily transfer money from paypal to bank accounts or vice versa for online shopping and all. Again I am repeating, it is 100% secure.

Hello friend, i read your problem with paypal. but this is not a problem to withdraw your money from paypal. first of all you need a own "PANCARD".and a own bank account. if you have these two to with you ,you log into your paypal account and add your 'pan'number and add your bank account number and the purpose code. ok, your paypal account is activeted.this is very safe and secure.

Easiest way is by credit card, I have a feeling you don't want that for some reason, but that is the most simplest way to get verified.

I don't think there's any way to activate your paypal account without linking it to your bank account. If you're afraid it's not safe to link paypal to your account, you really shouldn't be. Paypal is completely safe. I have done it, and I've never had any problems.

you can link it to a savings account also..... If I am not mistaken and may very well be if you have a credit card you can get the routing # and account from that and use also..... If all else fails open up an account just for paypal earnings.

some has responded regarding Virtual credit cards, im so curious about how this works. Im also having the same concern right now. and Im taking all choice that i can find. VCC is something I want to look into. I hope some one can guide me through that. otherwise, Ill just create an account but has to pay for it. A friend told me that having a credits card has a maintenance fee. hmmnn, can someone verify this to me?

The only way that I know of that you can activate a paypal account is by connecting them together. It wont hurt your bank account or give away any of your bank account information. There really isnt any harm in it if htat is what you are worried about. You could also call paypal but I think that that is the only way to activate your account. It makes it easier to get your money that way too because then it is directly deposited into your bank account whenever you want it to be it just takes a day sometimes usually.
