Sinus Infections!

So i just found out that i have a sinus infection. Has anybody else had a sinus infection before and what do you do to treat it and make it go away? I'm new at this. lol

What a pain a my infection was. Thankfully once my Doctor gave me some medication to fight it, the infection didn't last long. I have been careful to not swim in public pools since then and I never had another one.

lol yeah, i just got over having bronchitis and following shortly after was my sinuses, i was like "really?' lol. I'm feeling better now though. I was using the hot and cold technique, where you get a warm or hot wash cloth that is damp and hold it on your face, and then i got a ice back which calms the swelling. After that allot of mucus rushed out of me.
