HTC Evo Shift from Sprint

I recently started using the new HTC Evo shift. With all the great things I've heard about the Evo I figured the shift would be even better with the built in keyboard. My last phone was the HTC Hero and I never realized how different these phones would be. I often find myself frustrated because the new phone doesn't want to co-operate with me. I miss the simple functionality of the earlier smart phone models. I miss the smart phones that operated like smart phones. The new ones really don't seem all that smart sometimes!
