Well I've read a lot of articles that dark chocolate is one of the superfoods that contains high levels of anti-oxidants that's good for our health. Too bad when you taste it, it's so bitter! Do you include it in your diet?

Dark chocolate is better than other types of chocolate. For chocolate bars, I am not a big fan of dark but for cakes I love love love it! :)

I absolutely love very dark chocolate and eat it on an almost daily basis. It does not seem to influence on my fat deposits, so I'm a happy man. I think the bitterness is something you either have to get used to, or quite simply, the food is not for you. Greetings :)

I have never had bitter dark chocolate, I would call it a bit rich, I know I love milk chocolate and can eat heaps but dark chocolate I can only eat a little of which I guess is a good thing in a way.

I've heard that about dark chocolate too, but it is bitter tasting, I'd rather have the milk chocolate instead, too bad its not as good for you as dark chocolate is..lol. I don't include it in my diet, once in awhile I might eat a piece.
