Does this really work?

I have read hundreds of pages on this, but really does it work, another thing I havnt found any side effects on it! I just really want to be sure it doesnt have any bad side effects could someone help me out! I'm in need of help please

oooooh yes I JUST bought that myself and im trying it out...kinda makes me feel nausiated but i hope it works:)
