Try to eat slowly and give your stomach some time to realize that it is full. That way you will eat less but you will feel full.Lots of people make the mistake to eat fast when very hungry so they overeat because they keep eating even though they are already full.So just eat slowly and enjoy the food more.It should be okay and your stomach should work normal. Have a great day! :)

Our stomach is like a balloon it is stretchable. If there is a too much food in your stomach what's going to happen is that your stomach will expand. If your stomach is empty then it will shrink. If you sense that you are already full then stop eating its because, if you still continue to eat then your stomach will expand.

I believe the more we eat the more and the easier we get hungry because our intestines tend to grow larger when we eat a lot. However if we control our food intake soon it will shrink to fit the little amount of food we consume. That is what I believe. I don't know if this is true but this is what I feel based on my experience.
