My frequent sneezing and runny nose is giving me troubles. It can hinder my concentration to work or anything that I do. I have consulted to a physician and he said I have allergies. I took some medications but I'm not cured. It keeps on recurring. I think it is allergic rhinitis. In my case, it always occur early in the morning while it is cold. It is so bothersome. May some of you guys have experienced the same and have tried something that worked.

I have horrible allergies and have had them all my life. Something you might try considering is going to an actual allergist. They can do an allergy test on you to see exactly what you are allergic to and go from there. I had to do this when I was younger and I was prescribed a steroid nose spray as well as an inhaler. When my nose starts running and I start sneezing I can immediately use my nose spray and my symptoms are gone!! Also, you might consider talking to your doctor about taking local honey. My allergist makes me take 1 tablespoon of LOCALLY grown honey each day to help out with my allergies. I try to put it in my tea because I can't stand the slimy taste of honey LOL. Best of luck to you sweetie.

My daughter had that too. She was given an antibiotic taken for 3 days plus an anti-allergy medicine for one month . Now, she said she's already well.
