i really like conan for ran..even though i know that edogawa conan and shinichi kudo are the same person, i really think conan is more cool and honest because he is able to show his feelings more in his little kid form. conan is always the one who saves ran in times and not shinichi. i think shinichi kudo is more restricted when it comes to his feelings for ran and tries to act cool because he's assured that ran really has feelings for him.

Since they are the same person so they has same personality too. So i think they have same feelings and should have same attitude towards others or in this case Ran. The difference between those two only in their appearance, one just a little kid and one is a teenager. But for the appearance, i like Conan version since he is looked like real kid and only because Conan is the main star of the story.

Aww, conan is cute. He might have solved many cases but the very first case(his own) has yet to be solved. And... he never grew up! It was like, how old when I first saw detective conan. Now, I'm already a graduate but conan is still the same. -sigh- I wanna squeeze him!

I love watching detective anime and Conan is one of my favorite. However, there are bits of boring moments but over all, the anime is fun. I think I'm on episode 200 plus but I watched most of the movies. I enjoyed watching Conan if he is a grown up already, which sometimes happens in the movie.

i really love this anime. all the episodes are good on its own. i keep on asking for more and really want to finished shinichi lies to ran that he is far away. Though i will miss conan and the others but i want to watch how sinichi will act on it when he is always in the front row not the old man mouri kuguro. i finished watching from episode 1 to 638 in 8 months. dont know this anime when i was young..

i love detective conan!!!!
but i don't think so if he is really honest? the way he use the father of ran to their mission as they solve the problems in the story. but anyways i still like him for ran, i like their love story but i'm sad because there is no way for shinichi to tell ran how does he feel for her. ^_^

You said it yourself, Conan and Shinichi are the same person. So however Conan acts, is how Shinichi would have acted. How Shinichi acts, is how Conan would have acted. If Shinichi was there beside Ran instead of Conan, he will still Ran in all times.
No matter how Shinichi wants to say his feelings to Ran, he can't because he hasn't found a cure yet for his situation. He doesn't want to put Ran in danger and he doesn't want to make Ran sad because they can't be together. Shinichi's situation is really complicated.
