i am sticking to the best bank

for me the best bank to stick with locally is Unionbank. it what gives me a cheap and affordable debit card. i think most people i know here are using BPI, or bank of the philippine islands. the good thing about BPI is that there is no fee to withdraw in their own bank. but i think in Unionbank there is also charge in balance inquire in their own bank. but at least there is no maintaining balance in Unionbank when you are using their EON debit card. but in BPI there is big maintaining balance. although both are free , when receiving money from paypal and we don't get charge. but in my own experience it takes just 2 days for money to reflect in my atm EON after withdrawing in paypal. but in BPI, i don't know how fast it would take for the money to reflect.
