I attended some interviews like Airhostess's selection..While entering to the hall, We have to request them to give the permission to enter in to the hall...Then They will get us in..Then wish them as the time..Means good morning,Good afternoon etc etc..Then they will say us to sit in the chair...We have to make sure that the all pannel members are sitting..After their sit, You can sit..Then say thanks to them By a sweet smile..They will try to ask questions to you..Then Face them couragely...Might you don't heard such questions..But you should attend them very confidently...Then You should sit straight on the chair..You should be energetic.. You will be tensioned..But don't show such signs to them...Be positive while answering their questions...Your appearance carries a important role in your interview...An executive look will give you a style of professional...Attend the questions honestly and confidently..But don't be over smart...Please follow these things...Say thanks to them by finishing the all questions...You will surely get a good job..All the best...Thank you... :-)

Hi snm Though it depends on what position you are applying for and in which sector. But basically being a Career Counselor, I can mention some - The first and foremost - How capable is the candidate to handle stress. Then, How conscious or sub-conscious the candidate is with what is happening around - does the candidate get distracted easily? There are also some who want to test your patience and the need to get into the job - they do test this by making you wait for hours beyond the scheduled timing etc. But as yours is a Campus Interview, you would be more or less evaluated with the skills that you have, the logic and/reasoning and your spontaneity. What I sense reading this small discussion(you should have also mentioned your field, and maybe some example for better responses), is that you are a bit cautious and nervous... DO NOT get into the Interview with these traits... Just be Yourself and you will succeed(if you are good in academics). All the Best.
