where can i check train seets availability for indian trains?

I have checked irctc site but its not working right now and i really need to know right now.

Am sorry my friend, apart from irctc there are other websites, like makemytrip.com, yatra.com but the timings for all the websites including irctc are from morning 8 AM to 11 PM in the night. So right now,its impossible to know. You can try tomorrow morning.
