What are the accounts in call centers? Especially Non Voice Agent

What are the different accounts in call centers especially for the non voice agent? Aside that they have non voice agent for online gaming account, what else and what company is this? Where is this located? Example Non Voice Agent - online gaming account - Sitel (Ortigas) Non Voice Agent - Zynga - Telus (Taguig and Cubao) Non Voice Agent - MMORPG - Teleperformance (Southgate Alphaland Makati City)

I have worked with Teleperformance for a year and a half.I have been with AT&T Postpaid Account. Really love the environment, the employees and because I have a lot of friends there. But when management, starts to pressure us to do this do that without any appreciation of our efforts I decided to quit. But inspite of that, I will always feel grateful to TP I will always feel grateful to TP that I have been part of the company Yes, there are salary disputes and management issues, All companies have that. Its just a matter of loving your job and enjoying the work environment.

Thank you for the advise micatolentino. Maybe I should be ready with that kind of possibility that I may have be an effort of doing in job but less appreciation. But the most important thing that I should be really value here is that passion in working that is why even others don't appreciate what you are doing but the mere fact you love it then probably you can ignore those other matters. I am planning to apply again on Friday still hoping for the best.

My friend is working in Telus under a Zynga account. According to him, the account is easy and just finished a two week training. But his quota is around 80 emails per day. West also offers non voice accounts, I am not sure if it is AT&T. In Transcom, there are nonvoice account like Chat Support in Comcast and Email/Letter Correspondence in TalkTalk account.
