restlessness and anxiety I can not deal with it. whenever I'm anxious just trying to think positive and be calm. most importantly it should be okay then. Anxiety is something serious. success. nice day!

Well, if you want, I know something that could help you feel better to make you sleep better. That way, your anxiety won't bother you as much.

Well, yes, I have experienced that before. I think it has to do with first, being startled and second, because you were awaken so abruptly, it created the anxiety. It will be okay. As soon as the adrenaline calms down, then you will relax.

I feel sleep less because of my anxiety. When my father bought me a good PC with a Internet connections. I always used to spent most of the time in front of them. I mostly used to download movies with heavy size. I have unlimited internet usage during Indian time 1am to 8am. Because of the anxiety of downloading movies I do not have a good sleep. I used to get up early than I usually does. Is any one like the same ?

Yep! I always do. This is because we lack nutrition to keep ourselves fit. In addition to that, we need to set our mind. We need to be strong so as to make ourselves immune to distractions around us. Also, go to church. Church is the source of peace of mind. I miss going to the church for like 6 sundays already and now, I feel like im lost already. I just dont want to go to church especially when at early sunday morning you get trouble with you brother or sister or anyone in the family.

Thankfully this has not happened to me in recent memory. But it has happened to me a few times in recent memory. There are just a lot of times where we get woken up by something. Especially when the phone rings in the middle of the night, you never know when it could be a bad emergency. That is enough to rattle any person right out of their dream land. Therefore, as we think about it, all worries come right to the front of our mind. It is difficult to deal with, and we need time to calm down. It is just one of those things that are really frustrating for sure.

I had experience such sleepless night before, because I broke up with my girlfriend, and I was frustrated and upset. Another time was somehow I just couldn't get myself into sleep anymore. So, I might as well get up and reading for the whole night.

What a coincidence! It happened to me last night too but it's not anxiety that made me sleepless. It's the thought of a beautiful lake that a friend has shown me and it's actually just at the back of his house. It's so beautiful it literally took my breath away and from then on, just the thought of it left me mesmerized and i couldn't even sleep anymore. Not sure how to sleep when you are too anxious. Try drinking warm milk maybe or just try to ignore that thought that makes you anxious.

I had been like this. I don't want to tell the reasons why. We can't go back to sleep because we are worried of the things in our life. This is the reason why it is hard for us to sleep although we wanted to sleep already. We keep on thinking all those bad things.

I have felt that. That's why I can't easily sleep at night lest I'm tired. My mind's racing all the time. I need a breather. I need to relax and think of something else. Watch tv perhaps. I try to relax myself or walk it off. Much as possible, stay calm.

Hi, I do experience the same thing very freequently. Once we are awake in the middle of the night it is quite impossible to sleep again. I too do not know any reason for this but it is quite natural that once we loose the rhytham, it is difficult to regain. One option I normally choose is to listen to music after getting up in between and most of the times it proved to be worthy.
