Network stop working if system sudden restarts...!!

I have set my computer to start automatically if power fails.. From couple of weeks, I am facing one issue.. that if there is power failure and computer automatically gets restart, it doesn't pick the network. icon is limited internet connectivity.. also can't access any shared folder, while others can access my share.. and no internet is available.. I think there must be some issue with services.. any idea how to solve such issue.. when I restart system by my own, it works fine.. its just unexpected restart cause this problem..
