Exercise the body, keep it ever fine. When you do physical exercises the brain too will be stimulated. The hardship of manual labor, though it makes us get tired, it keeps our brain alert active and action oriented. When we meditate the insula will get thicker. That is the neurons make more and more connections with each other. The implicit memory stored in the brain should be positive to create everlasting happiness. The duty of household members is to create happiness through physical exercises and psychological positive actions. Often we remember happy events of our life. Though years have passed away we still remember them. We like to narrate. When we narrate or inform our yougerones, we equally feel happy, laugh or smile. Joy radiates on our face. That is the everlasting memory of joyful events. The positive events create positive experience and our brain and heart get relaxed. When we have positive experience we savor or taste it. So our body gets relaxed. The neurons get fired up. That is why when there is a happy experience we blush out. When we nurture our mind and heart with happy experience then we get sound sleep. When we wake up we feel ever fresh. When we are attracted to a person, we create happy experience. Then we are enthusiastic, full of enery. Love becomes a driving force. The same is opposite when we create a painful situation. Then we feel lost. We lose our enthusiasm, we loose all the interest. Life becomes heavy. When we create happiness, we will be active physically and our psyche too will be in high spirits. To maintain the brain ever fine we must do physical exercises and perform psychological positive action.
