for some reason im married and we do not get along

Yes, I'm married and have daughter age 15 from another marriage. It is difficult at times to make every one in the house work together - especially my husband is having a hard time dealing with the ways of a teenager. He doesn't have any kids of his own and is, to be honest, incredible immature (he's 37) so he and my daughter quite often get into arguments that sound more like to kids fighting over a toy or something... This usually ends with me asking him if he is 15 too or if he could please act like an adult...
