Is Anno1777 under loss?

Anno1777 is branded as one of the highest paying and trusted gamins sites. I am a newbie there. But I saw that recently the bonuses they offer have reduced drastically. The bonus for 5 consecutive days of work has reduced from 100 INR to 50 INR (Indian local currency). Similarly the bonus for permanent slave has also reduced. I'm just wondering if this is because of the loss they are incurring or is it due to the increase in number of players in the site now!! Maybe the bonus for completed profile will reduce in future!! Can anybody think of any reason?
