Counterfeit Clothes Get Rebranded for Charity.

I've just read an amazing article about a charity that was set up to rebrand counterfeit clothes. They take the clothes confiscated by Trading Standards and Customs and rebrand them so they can be given to the homeless or other people who need them.
If the clothes can't be rebranded with an embroidery machine, they can still be sent abroad to be used.
If this wasn't done, the clothes would be destroyed but this way at least people gain some benefit from them and it isn't wasteful.

I think it's a great idea that they can be rebranded to give out to people who really need them

Hi hvedra: I think that's a really good way to help people and sure I'd contribuate to a foundation who do the same in my country by giving the clothes I am not using anymore but people out there need it. We are on Christmas and this is the best time of the year to think about the poor and people who doesn't have the same opportunities we have.

That's a wonderful idea! You know they take whatever championship gear for various sports for the team that ended up loosing that was pre-printed whatever doesn't get destroyed gets sent to 3rd world countries. And I think if someone is down on their luck they are just grateful for what they do have not for what they don't which is an attitude we should all consider.

This actually is a great idea and a very practical one. Destroying them would really be a great waste. It's like letting the counterfeiters provide for the needy :) I hope we could do this in my country. I feel that confiscated counterfeit clothes would only be resold by some of our unscrupulous customs officials.
